Meet the Trainer…
Metamorphosis Training Center's head trainer is experienced in all aspects of personal training. As a division 1 college level runner and national level natural bodybuilder she knows what it takes to meet high expectations and reach personal goals.

Natalie Barnett has worked with high school track and cross country teams, and football teams for strength and conditioning. She has also helped figure and bodybuilding competitors to be their best on stage. But Natalie doesn't just work with athletes. She has helped many individuals learn to live a healthier and fitter lifestyle, and to be happier with their physiques.


Consultations
Initial
In a consultation, you'll talk to a trainer about what your goals are and what you've done in the past to attain them. You'll also get information about the importance of a healthy diet, and suggestions about how to implement that information in the most effective manner. Your weight and measurements will be taken to reference in a followup consultation.
Initial free(with training purchase)
Followup

When you come back for a followup consultation, you'll be able to see the changes your body has made when your weight and measurements are taken again. You'll be able to discuss your diet and/or exercise program with your trainer and talk about any new goals you may have. Then, you'll get new suggestions on how to change your diet and training so that you can continue to progress.

Weight Programs
Weight programs can be made after a consultation for individuals that are experienced in proper lifting techniques. It is typed up and e-mailed to you.
Full Routine $75


One-on-one Training
One-on-one training allows you to get the most out of your workouts. When you meet with a trainer, you can be sure that you are doing the right exercises the right way. It's easy to get into a bad habit with form and not even realize it, so even those with experience lifting can benefit from one-on-one training. It is also important to always try new exercises to keep your body guessing, and meeting with a trainer can introduce you to things you've never tried before.

You can get a small package to just get started on a new routine or a large package so that you can meet with a trainer regularly. With the large packages, as you progress, the trainer can change your workouts to keep challenging you. This way you are improving as quickly as possible.

Monthly Training
These packages can be for two, three, or four times a week over a 3 month period. One free consultation will be done before training sessions can start, and additional consultations can be substituted for training sessions as needed.
General Fitness
This is for the individual that needs the motivation to get in and get on with the rest of the day. You'll meet with your trainer at regularly scheduled times that work with your busy schedule.
Sports & Athletics
This is for the aspiring athlete that needs a fitness coach in their corner. Improved strength is imperative for increasing athletic performance. Agility is also an important factor in developing athleticism. These will be the focus for sports and athletic training which can be geared toward your specific sport.

Two sessions a week $403/month ($50.00 per session.)
Three sessions a week $585/month ($45.00 per session.)
Four sessions a week $693/month ($40.00 per session.)

Monthly training is for a 3 month period. Payments are made at the beginning of each month. Missed appointments are not made up.
